What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating engaging and exciting learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years, both indoors and outdoors.

  • Bringing your positive attitude and passion for early years education to everything you do

What We’re Looking For:

  • Early years practitioner for part-time or full-time role. 

  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Someone looking for a career in Early Years.

What We Offer:

  • Generous Welcome Bonus: £1000 onboarding bonus (£500 on joining, and an additional £500 after successful completion of your 6-month probation).

  • Competitive Salary: Qualified 18+ year olds up to £33,702.50 FTE (£15.25 per hour) inclusive of paid lunch breaks

  • Paid Breaks & Meetings: We value your time and ensure you're paid for lunch breaks and staff meetings.

  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday (including bank holidays).

  • Day Nursery, operating 7.45am to 6pm.

  • Kids Love Nature Kindergarten at Lytchett Minster, Dorchester Road, Poole, BH16 6JE.
